Reporting to the Store Manager and District Manager, Brad is responsible to become a valuable asset to the store where he's assigned by learning and demonstrating knowledge of management in all departments of the store. He will progress towards a Zone Manager position (multi-departments within one store) and then towards a store manager position in that section of Florida. He volunteered the following:

     "I accepted this position because of the area to train, right here where I now reside. I also chose this company for the opportunity to advance and the growth potential of this leading chain in this area.

     "The biggest obstacle I had to overcome was looking for a new career in a new location after being employed with one company for 28 years. I had not written a resume or looked for employment for a very long time. My confidence level was rather low to start.

     "My team, especially Jennifer E, really helped me to build my confidence level and build my ability to seek new employment. It started with the initial marketing plan and meeting in Roseland, New Jersey with her and didn't end till I accepted employment in Florida.

     "She helped me with every step of the process and coached me every week.

I really appreciate all the encouragement as well as advice that she gave me throughout this transition. It made this major change in my life very easy and quick."
